You’re a developer with existing code you want to orchestrate AI on top of.
- Open PaellaDoc, point it at your repo
- PaellaDoc runs a reverse knowledge graph: shallow pass (≤60s) extracts inferred PRD and canonical epics from README, workflows, manifests
- Deep pass (3–15 min, background) enriches with types, tests, dependencies
- You land on a Kanban of epics and user stories synced to real files
Start here if your sentence is: “I want to add AI to my existing codebase without breaking anything.”
2. New project
You’re a developer starting from an idea, no code yet.
- Write your PRD (or paste a sketch, PaellaDoc structures it)
- Edit epics, stories, acceptance criteria inline
- Pick the engine per story
- The agent applies changes inside an isolated worktree; the Golden Gate verifies
Start here if your sentence is: “I have an idea and I want to ship a verified MVP fast.”
3. Product Manager
You don’t write code. You write specs.
- Describe your idea in natural language
- PaellaDoc extracts a NoCoderBrief (12 typed slots: actor, goal, data, actions, screens, rules, permissions, etc.)
- From the brief: PRD (PROBLEM role) + Epic (SCOPE role) auto-generated
- You review and refine without writing tickets manually
Start here if your sentence is: “I want to go from idea to a backlog I can hand to an engineer (or to an AI agent) without doing the ticket grunt work.”
4. No-coder
You’re not a developer. You want to build an app.
- Describe what you want to build in plain language (“a CRM for my real estate agency”, “a booking system for my hairdresser”)
- PaellaDoc asks 3–7 concrete non-technical questions
- Generates a ProjectBlueprint parametrized over 7 axes (entities, states, actions, screens, filters, validations, seed data)
- You navigate a preview with green tests inside 8 minutes
