My first app with PAELLADOC (it feels like magic)

GymRat is a web app for workout tracking built as an MVP with PaellaDoc in no-code mode.

What it does: It lets you manage an exercise catalog, create routines with target sets and reps, log each workout set by set (with the last weight prefilled), review your session history, and see progress by exercise in three stacked charts.

Stack: SvelteKit + Python/FastAPI, local persistence, no cloud dependencies.

How I used PaellaDoc: The engine generated the PRD, epic, 5 user stories, and their acceptance criteria from an initial briefing. Each engineering task came out of the PAELLADOC graph and was executed through the orchestrator — from the runtime bootstrap to the final progress view. What worked especially well: keeping PRD → epic → US → AC → tasks as the source of truth for each iteration, without drifting.

I’m really excited that you’re the number 1 founder! There’s a lot of work to do, but paelladoc is already a reality! @spunzon
