Owner and Stakeholder are not the same thing. In Telegram, Owner is a person authorized to use PaellaDoc from mobile as if they were typing in the desktop app: they keep the chat, project, memory, and agent context while the local app is open. Stakeholder is more like an external participant for conversation or feedback, not the main operator of the instance.
